We've started talking about buying a house... YES!! Big move for us!
We don't have the capital for the initial down payment but my parents are willing to fork that out until we are able to pay them back. So currently, we are looking for a place that both of us actually like. I personally like Tee Wei's place but since it's a completed property and if we were to buy it NOW, we'd have to rent it out until we get married! And only God knows how they'll treat 'our' first home... ;)

So, we have decided to look for a nice and cosy place in a decent location which can be ready by at least 2007... Perhaps Sterling PJ, but we want to be sure so we will be scouting around now... Sounds like a big step hor? Yes, but why 2007??? I'll be old and wrinkly by then *sobs* *humming "It's all 'bout the $$$"*

My advice to those in the early 20s, START SAVING UP!!!!
