Lionel's ex-colleague & friend, Raymond, who also helped us with our home mortgage took us to the lawyer's office this morning to sign the legal documents and letter of offer from Citibank. Well, now all we need to do is pay our monthly installments... ;-) which will now make a hole in our pockets *sniff* but it's something we have both committed to do together.
